It’s no secret that a personal trainer is great way to get started on becoming the “new you”. If you need help getting started on an exercise program, want to update your current fitness program, or just stay motivated, a personal trainer has the qualifications, certifications, and skills to help you reach your goals. Whether you are a new exerciser, or an experienced athlete who has hit a plateau, a personal trainer can help you design a lifestyle training program to reach your best performance level and become very healthy.

Private training is great for one-on-one workouts, but what about small group personal training with either a 2-to-1, 3-to-1, or 4-to-1 client-to-personal trainer ratio? Anything less than 15-20 people is generally considered a “small group”. Some classes can have 50 people in them. There are a ton of benefits to small group personal training
