Muay
Lao/Thai classes incorporates fitness and Lao/Thai boxing
techniques. This workout makes use of all four weapons,
kicks, punches, elbows and knees.
Lao/Thai boxercise work-outs will
not only make you fitter and stronger, but every class
is different, the workout is great and you learn new and
exciting things as well as make new friends and mix things
up a bit.
We have pads but bring your own gloves that you can use
during the class, the more serious members can purchase
their own equipment at reasonable prices.
Classes are open to anyone who
is willing to learn and are structured so that both beginners
and advanced students get a great workout. Classes also
involve students working without a partner on the bags
with punching and kicking combinations and incorporate
circuit sessions to really tone up! Sessions end with
some abdominal work and stretching.
Whether you want to get in shape
and have fun while you are doing it, or take the discipline
more seriously then Muay Lao/Thai is for you.
