a fully graded curriculum, including rank progression,
members are able to learn Mixed Martial Arts for fitness,
self defence, law enforcement or professional Mixed Martial
Arts competition.
As a core philosophy, MMA promotes
the study of martial arts as a modern science, while maintaining
and promoting the many personal development benefits and
practical insights of traditional martial arts - values,

Our MMA classes are divided into 3 sections:
Warm up and Circuit Training
To prepare and condition your body to the necessary levels
to train MMA effectively and to reduce the risk of injury
Technical Drilling
Repetition and practice is the key to developing good
MMA techniques, your coaches Yacine Alaoui & Jeremy
Ta'Kody will have you working on different aspects of
TMMA, including striking, takedowns, and ground grappling
(submission techniques).
Sparring
Safe and controlled, sparring is the number 1 way to develop
and successfully apply your new skills.
