Boxing
will not only make you fitter and stronger, but will also
teach you elements of the sweet science.
Boxing is a great alternative to going to the gym and
doing the same cardio routine every day. This way every
class is different, the workout is great and you learn
new and exciting things as well as make new friends and
mix things up a bit.
We cater for everyone who wants
to learn boxing. We have pads but bring your own gloves
that you can use during the class and the more serious
members can purchase their own equipment at reasonable
prices.
The boxing classes are open to
anyone who is willing to learn and are structured so that
both beginners and advanced members get a great workout.
The classes vary and train students’ co-ordination and
how to apply technique, develop strength using pads and
punch bags.
Classes also involve students working
without a partner on the bags with punching combinations
and sometimes we involve some strength work and stretching.
